These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Time2book (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website and services at time2book.me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Time2book provides an online platform that helps fitness studios, trainers, and other service-based businesses manage bookings, payments, memberships, and client communication. We also provide a public-facing platform where clients can book classes or services directly from studios that use Time2book.
Creating an Account: When you register with Time2book—either as a studio or as a client—you create an account that allows you to access our services.
Account Ownership: Studios are responsible for the content, pricing, and services they offer through their Time2book profile. Clients are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and up to date.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
Bookings: Bookings made through Time2book are agreements between clients and studios. Each studio may set its own rules for cancellations, reschedules, and refunds.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through Stripe on behalf of studios. Time2book acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by studios.
Studios using Time2book must comply with applicable laws, manage their own pricing and availability, and deliver the services purchased by clients. Studios are solely responsible for communication with their clients and for maintaining accurate business information on their profiles.
Clients agree to provide accurate information during booking and payment processes, and to respect each studio’s policies regarding cancellations and attendance. Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension or termination.
We may improve, modify, or remove parts of our services over time. If major changes affect your use of Time2book, we’ll notify you in advance where possible.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Termination does not affect payment obligations already made.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Time2book, you consent to this processing and storage of your data as described in that policy.
Time2book provides software to facilitate bookings and payments. We do not own, operate, or control the studios using our platform and cannot be held liable for any issues arising from services provided by them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania (or adjust if you prefer a different jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
