Glofox publishes one price: plans start as low as $99 per month per location, for eligible studios.

It doesn't say which plan that buys, or what you'll pay for cards or add-ons. For a final price, Glofox points you to a demo or a representative, though it says some regions can start with a trial or buy online. This guide covers what Glofox does publish, what its terms say, and what to ask, so you can compare a quote fairly.

Prices are in US dollars, checked in November 2026. Glofox, now part of ABC Fitness, may quote differently by country and business.

Third-party reviews estimate from about $100 to more than $600 per month before card fees. Treat those as rough guides: they aren't Glofox's numbers, and some are written by competitors.

What each Glofox plan includes

Essential

Essential covers booking and scheduling, member management, payment processing, payroll, reporting, and the Glofox member and staff apps.

You can add automated sales engagement (ABC XLerate), a custom branded member app and multi-location analytics (ABC Insights). Glofox doesn't list prices for them.

Boost

Boost adds online lead capture forms, advanced reporting, a store for retail products, e-agreements, community content, targeted communications and task management. It has the same optional add-ons as Essential.

Why it matters: if you need e-agreements, retail or lead forms from Glofox, you need Boost or higher. Ask for that plan's price, not the starting price.

Elite

Elite adds advanced app localization and bulk multi-location setup. It includes ABC XLerate and the custom branded member app. Multi-location analytics is still an optional add-on.

Enterprise

Enterprise is a custom plan for multi-location and franchise businesses. Glofox doesn't publish a feature list or a price for it.

Glofox payment processing fees

Glofox doesn't publish a card rate. Its FAQ says plan prices exclude standard processing fees charged by your provider. Its terms of service say:

  • Payment services are provided by Stripe.
  • Payment fees are described in your Order Form, the quote or ordering document you sign.
  • If Stripe raises its fees during your contract, Glofox can pass the increase on to you.

Glofox's plans page says its pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Get your rate in the quote anyway. Stripe's standard US rate of 2.9% + $0.30 is a useful comparison, but it may not be your Glofox rate.

Glofox contract terms

Glofox's plans page promises flexible contracts and minimal upfront costs, and its FAQ says studios can choose monthly or annual terms. Your Order Form sets the actual length. These points come from Glofox's terms of service, effective March 1, 2023. Your own agreement may differ, so check it.

  • Automatic renewal. The agreement renews unless you give 30 days' written notice before the term ends.
  • No term named. If the Order Form names no term, the agreement runs month to month, with 30 days' notice from either side.
  • Billing. Fees can be invoiced monthly, quarterly or annually.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except where the terms say otherwise.
  • Price rises. Glofox can raise fees at the start of each renewal term with 30 days' written notice.
  • Leaving. Glofox doesn't have to return your data until all fees are paid, including its current off-boarding fee.
  • Taxes. Quoted fees exclude sales tax and other applicable taxes.

Glofox's plans page also says your price is "locked for life". That seems to conflict with the price rises term above, so ask for the price guarantee in writing.

Some reviewers on Capterra warn against annual contracts or report charges continuing after they canceled. These are individual reports, but they're a good reason to read the cancellation terms before you sign.

The costs that aren't on the pricing page

Glofox doesn't publish these:

  1. Your plan price. Only the $99 starting point is public.
  2. Add-ons. No prices for the branded app, ABC XLerate or ABC Insights.
  3. Card rates. Online, in person and bank payments are all unlisted.
  4. Off-boarding. The terms mention a fee but don't give the amount.
  5. Contract length. Set in your Order Form.
  6. Free trial length. Glofox says trials depend on your region, and doesn't say how long they last.

How to estimate your real Glofox cost

Use this formula once you have a quote:

Monthly cost = plan price + add-ons + (card sales × processing rate) + (number of payments × fixed fee)

For example, a US studio with one location takes $10,000 a month online in 200 payments of $50. This assumes the $99 starting price and Stripe's standard rate, so treat it as a low-end example, not a Glofox quote:

Item Monthly cost
Plan at the starting price $99
Card processing (2.9% of $10,000) $290
Fixed fee (200 × $0.30) $60
Total before add-ons and tax $449

Every extra 0.1 percentage points on your card rate adds $10 a month at this volume.

Is Glofox worth the price?

Glofox can make sense if you:

  • Want a custom branded member app
  • Run several locations or a franchise and want multi-location tools
  • Want payroll, retail, community content and sales automation in one system

It can feel like more than you need if you:

  • Run one small studio and mostly need bookings, payments and memberships
  • Want to see the full price before talking to sales
  • Won't use the branded app or sales automation

Glofox vs Time2book pricing

Here's how Time2book lines up:

Glofox Time2book
Plan for one studio Quote; from $99/month per location Growth (up to 5 team members): $79/month, or $59/month billed yearly
Cheapest paid plan $99/month per location, plan not named Starter (solo trainers): $39/month, or $29/month billed yearly
Published pricing Starting price only All plans
Extra locations Priced per location; extra cost not stated Unlimited on every plan, at no extra cost
Free trial Depends on region; length not stated 7 days, no card needed
Setup fee Not stated; Glofox says upfront costs are minimal None
Contract Monthly or annual; renews by default Monthly billing, cancel anytime (or save with yearly)
US online card fees Not published Your own Stripe account: 2.9% + $0.30 plus a 0.9% platform fee

Run the example studio through Time2book Growth and you get $79 + $380 + $60 = $519 a month.

That's $70 more than the low-end Glofox example above, because Time2book's 0.9% platform fee ($90) outweighs its $20 lower plan price. Whether Glofox ends up cheaper depends on your quote: a plan price of about $170 or more, or a card rate about 0.7 percentage points above Stripe's standard, closes the gap.

The sums also change with your size. More than 5 team members moves you to Time2book Professional ($129 a month, or $99 billed yearly). A second location adds nothing to the Time2book plan price, while Glofox's starting price is per location.

Time2book doesn't match Glofox on a custom branded app, payroll or sales automation. It covers class scheduling, client management, online payments, memberships, class packs and reminders, plus waitlists on Professional. Questions to ask Glofox before you sign

Take this list into your demo and ask for the answers in writing:

  1. Which plan do I need, and what does it cost for my number of locations?
  2. Does the $99 starting price apply to me? If not, why not?
  3. What is my card rate online, in person and for bank payments?
  4. Which features I need are add-ons, and what do they cost?
  5. How long is the contract, does it renew automatically, and what does it cost to cancel early?
  6. Is my price locked for life, or can it rise at renewal?
  7. What are the setup, migration and off-boarding fees?

With those answers, you can compare Glofox fairly against any other software, including Time2book.
